I’ve been a UX designer for 16 years, speaker for 10, and coach for 5, helping designers level up their craft.

Learn the magic of the ORCA Process. Kick off with the art of noun foraging (how OOUXers start any project) — identify objects (core concepts) and learn fundamental object-prioritization tactics. Next, you’ll take your objects into the Nested-Object Matrix and learn to leverage cardinality (oooOooOO!) to define relationships and map naturally intuitive navigation. Get clear on IXD scope with a functionality audit: the Call-to-Action Matrix, focusing on strong CTAs and ignoring the weak ones. Finally, complete the X-ray with an Object Map, working through detailed attribute structure.
