Nancy was attentive, available, and positive. She provided encouragement and constructive feedback to all the work that was turned in on time (the later stuff she wasn't expected to respond to, so I don't fault her for that!!). She reminded me regularly that the ORCA process is supposed to work for me, I'm not supposed to work for it, and it helped me get passed my panic in the requirements section and push through to finish the course.
Nancy was very encouraging and approachable, prompted me to schedule 1x1s with her to discuss specific questions on my assignments, and gave me a pep talk toward the end of the course when I was feeling overwhelmed by the workload.

Learning OOUX is kind of like having GPS for my UX process. Instead of getting lost in complexity I have the tools to navigate right through it. Is "life-changing" going overboard? Maybe but that's how it feels!
