She provided encouragement and constructive feedback to all the work that was turned in on time (the later stuff she wasn't expected to respond to, so I don't fault her for that!!). I've mentored two cohorts, and I can confidently say the Advanced Certification Program is a worthwhile investment. Combining the Advanced Certification with the Mentor Program was a good move—I particularly value the advanced OOUX content, workshops, and the mentoring support that Sophia provides. Learning OOUX is kind of like having GPS for my UX process. Instead of getting lost in complexity I have the tools to navigate right through it. Is "life-changing" going overboard? Maybe but that's how it feels!
