Jip was incredibly thoughtful and thorough with his feedback on my assignments. Even though he enthusiastically affirmed my understanding of the concepts, he still always gave me food for thought and/or challenged me to consider other scenarios. He was helpful during mentor meetings and provided additional information to help fill some of my gaps of knowledge.
I can’t overstate how helpful Jip’s feedback and coaching was in my learning process. He went over my assignments in detail, answered my questions, and offered clear guidance that pointed me in the right direction without doing the work for me. Those are things I look for in a great coach or mentor!
Jip has been one of the main reasons for my success in this course. No only I really appreciated his positive, open, flexible, yet helpfully critical "have-you-considered-x" type attitude, but he was also there as a coach to help me get back on track when I found myself completely overwhelmed in the middle of the course. I am very thankful to him and believe that he will make a great advanced strategist!
OOUX feels like the missing glue in the double-diamond process—it bridges the gap between research and design. In so many projects, valuable research feels like it's just "taken into consideration" without a clear framework to act on it. That’s where OOUX and the ORCA process come in. It gives structure to the messiness, turning research into a solid foundation for creating thoughtful, user-centered systems. By the time we start designing screens, we already know exactly what needs to be there and why—instead of trying to piece this together while sketching.

Work through the OOUX Masterclass with a cohort of other professionals. 1-on-1 coaching, personalized assignment reviews, office hours, and small-group study sessions. Finish with a valuable professional certification.
