The OOUX certification course was intense but rewarding. I feel like it opened the doors to completely new ways of working that are especially helpful for getting buy-in for content-first design that takes a strategic approach to things like terminology and systems thinking. There was so much course material in the videos and resources and it all helped to really build a foundation of knowledge about the OOUX process. Plus, the mentor feedback and sessions and office hours were all really critical in further supporting learning and putting things into practice. I'd absolutely recommend this for anyone who has felt like general product design and delivery just is NOT working and who wants a game-changing approach to building things that will actually be useful for users.
