Ana was accommodating and very helpful, leaving comments on my assignments. She also had many slots available for me to meet with her as needed. I learned a ton from her during those meetings. Initially, she wasn't available, but she made sure I knew her traveling plans and when she would be more available. In the end, she was available to connect right when I hit the more complex material. I truly enjoyed Ana being my mentor!
Ana's feedback on assignments was always timely and helpful. She was also great at helping me scope my design challenge project to ensure I was getting the most out of the learning experience without making way too much work for myself!
OOUX is an incredibly valuable tool for designers looking to tackle complexity. As someone that works with a complex products, I feel like I've been given the missing piece in my skillset to allow me to have a structured and confident approach to my practise, both in my own design and how I collaborate with different roles in my team. The course was perfectly structured, and the support from Sophia and her team of mentors was phenomenal!
