I think the phrase “X-ray UX" is the perfect description of what I gained from the program, especially as someone who isn't a UI designer. I feel like I'm seeing designs/interfaces on a completely new and deeper level now, I know exactly what to look for, and I have the vocabulary to describe it. I had already used noun foraging to some extent with my UX writing and UX research work, but this program was the perfect bridge to give me more confidence providing design feedback and even designing things myself (just wireframes though, I fear I'll never be the pixel-perfect designer :) ) in a way that truly aligns with how people think.As an anthropology major (my first dream job as a kid was archaeologist), it's also been very cool to bring it all back to those "ancient truths" of human behavior and interaction while bringing it into a modern, computer-driven context. I've been nerding out on so many levels. I already whole-heartedly recommend it to people!
