Rik's feedback was very valuable to me because it struck the perfect balance between pointing out my mistakes and guiding me toward discovering the solutions myself. This approach helped me truly understand and learn from my mistakes. He also knew exactly when to highlight the positive aspects, making the process both constructive and encouraging.
